Terms of Service.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using VidRank. Last updated: August 24, 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VidRank (including our website at vidrank.tech, web platform, and browser extension), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use our services. You must be at least 13 years old to use VidRank; users under 18 need a parent or guardian's permission.
2. Who Sells VidRank (Merchant of Record)
VidRank is an independent product, not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or YouTube. Payments for Pro subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and refunds as the seller of record — its name may appear on your card statement. Your payment details are processed by Paddle under their privacy policy and terms.
2. Description of Service
VidRank provides AI-powered YouTube SEO optimization tools, keyword intelligence, tag and description generation, and channel ranking analytics. The service is offered under Free and Pro subscription plans as described on our pricing page.
3. Free and Pro Plans
VidRank offers a Free plan with a limited number of generations per day (currently 10) at no cost, and a Pro subscription with unlimited generations. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Prices are shown on our pricing page in USD; applicable taxes are calculated and remitted by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
4. Subscription Billing, Cancellations & Refunds
Paid subscriptions (VidRank Pro) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via our Merchant of Record (Paddle). You can cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal in your purchase confirmation email or by contacting [email protected] — no lock-in. Cancellation stops future renewals; Pro access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund policy: if VidRank Pro does not work as described, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Renewal refunds are handled case-by-case — if you forgot to cancel and haven't used the service this period, we'll work with you. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
5. User Accounts and Security
To access certain features, you must sign in via Google Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription Billing & Cancellations
Paid subscriptions (VidRank Pro) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via our Merchant of Record (Paddle). You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your Pro access will continue until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt VidRank services, nor use automated scrapers or bots outside official APIs. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate system quotas, engage in malicious behavior, or attempt to bypass security protections.
6. Intellectual Property & AI Output
You retain full ownership and copyright of the video content and metadata you generate using VidRank. VidRank and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, branding, UI, algorithms, and software.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
VidRank is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While our AI models are engineered for YouTube SEO best practices, we cannot guarantee specific view counts, subscribers, or ranking placements on third-party platforms like YouTube.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VidRank and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the service.
